1. Information we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect only your email address. When you use the Trendrr platform, we process ticket metadata from your connected PSA (Professional Services Automation) system. We do not store the full text of your support tickets — only the metadata needed for trend analysis.

2. How we use your information

We use your email address to communicate about your early access request and product updates. PSA data is used solely to identify ticket patterns, match known fixes, and generate trend reports within your account.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or PSA data with third parties. Your ticket data is never used to train models or shared across accounts.

4. Data storage and security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted form. We use Cloudflare for hosting and edge security. PSA credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256.

5. Data retention

Early access email addresses are retained until you request removal. PSA data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the platform to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
